This is an outside event. We suggest that you bring lawn chairs/blankets, sunscreen, bug repellent, umbrellas, etc.

This is a rain or shine event. We suggest that you may want to bring umbrella's just in case.
\\WILL THERE BE PARKING
Yes, there will be free parking available to all of our guests.
\\WILL THERE BE ANY MERCHANDISE SOLD
Yes, ECPAA will have a merchandise table set up to celebrate our Jazz Festival.
\\IS THERE ASSIGNED SEATING
No, this event is general admission. This is an outside venue at Yurechko Tree Farm, but there is plenty of space to seat yourself.
\\ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE
ECPAA Jazz Festival tickets are non-refundable.
\\WILL THERE BE FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE
Yes, we will have a variety of food and beverage vendors available on site. Some vendors will have alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Guest will be expected to provide their identification. Please visit our home page (www.ecpaa.org) to view the vendors we will have on site.
\\CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD / DRINKS TO THE EVENT IF I DON'T WANT TO PURCHASE FROM VENDORS
Outside coolers or food are not allowed. We will have a wide selection of food vendors available for you to enjoy.
\\WHAT TIME IS THE FESTIVAL
The Jazz Festival starts at 2pm and will end at 8pm.
\\WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL
The Festival is located off Exit 24 (Southbound) or Exit 22 (Northbound) at Yurechko's Tree Farm (100 Bitgood Rd, Griswold, CT 06351-1520)
\\ARE THERE BATHROOMS
Yes, Port-O-Potties and hand washing stations will be available
\\WILL THERE BE ATM'S AVAILABLE ON SITE
No, there will be no ATM's available. Please plan accordingly (cash/credit/debit) before you enter the Festival. Credit card's accepted only at Gate Entrance and Merchandise tables. All food/drink vendors accept cash only.

\\IF I LEAVE THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS, CAN I GET BACK IN
No, there is no Re-entry into the Festival. Our priority is to provide a safe experience for all patrons, volunteers and artists. We ask that you please plan accordingly to adjust to this policy. (Did you bring sunscreen, insect repellent, sun glasses, blanket, sweatshirt, money, etc. with you?)
\\WHAT IS ALLOWED INTO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS
An individual blanket (maximum 6’x8’)
Low back chairs (under 30”) Chairs over 30” will be asked to move to the back of house so as not to obstruct the view of others.
Small shade structures such as chairs with roofs on the outside periphery of seating so as not to obstruct the view of others.
Umbrellas can be used, however, must be closed and stored during sets so as not to obstruct the views of others.
Pop-up tents are allowed, however, must be set up at the rear and sides of audience seating, so as not to obstruct the views of others.
Cameras are permitted but cannot be used to reproduce the event and must not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the festival
\\COMING WITH CHILDREN
Children 15 & under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Proof of age may be requested. Children 2 & under are free.
ADA SEATING: An area on the lawn near the stage is reserved for disabled patrons. Our volunteers will direct patrons to special seating area. Seating is not provided in this area so guests should bring lawn chairs.
ADA PARKING: Our volunteers will direct patrons requiring handicap parking
\\NO CHAIR ZONE
There will be a standing/dancing zone in front of the stage, house right
All persons, bags and personal items are subject to inspection before entering the festival.
Any ticket holder that directly or indirectly interferes with the environment of the festival may be asked to leave the venue.
We will be in the process of shooting video and still photography throughout the event. By entering the grounds, you are consenting to the potential telecast, webcast, social post and other exhibitions of your name, voice and likeness.
ECPAA JAZZ FESTIVAL encourages a smoke-free environment and asks that you respect the health of your neighbors at the festival and refrain from smoking, vaping, etc. in areas where it may affect someone else. Please find designated area if you must smoke, and dispose of your butts properly.
